Email contact@thesculptedcode.org with the page URL, the passage in question, why it may be wrong, and any supporting primary source. Do not include private health information.

What we review

Reports may concern factual accuracy, source interpretation, medical boundaries, stale information, attribution, accessibility, broken links, or a difference between visible content and structured data.

What happens next

We review the cited passage and its sources. Material errors are corrected promptly; the page’s review date is updated when the correction changes its substance. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note. Commercial disagreement alone does not establish a factual error.

Transparency

We do not silently preserve a claim that the underlying evidence no longer supports. If a correction materially changes the reader’s understanding, a visible note should explain what changed. Last reviewed: July 2026.
