Politica de rambursare

Produsele The Sculpted Code sunt conținut digital cu acces instant. Din momentul deblocării, sistemul este livrat integral — și nu poate fi returnat, așa cum nu poate fi ne-citit.

Înainte de plată îți cerem, printr-o bifă separată, acordul expres ca livrarea să înceapă imediat și confirmarea că, prin aceasta, îți pierzi dreptul legal de retragere în 14 zile. Fără acea bifă comanda nu pornește. Aceasta este condiția prevăzută de OUG 34/2014 art. 16 lit. m pentru conținutul digital livrat instant.

Nu oferim rambursări pentru schimbarea deciziei. Un sistem nu se probează. Se aplică.

Ce rămâne valabil indiferent de această politică

Renunțarea la dreptul de retragere nu înlătură garanția legală de conformitate. Dacă produsul nu corespunde descrierii, este incomplet sau nu funcționează, ai dreptul la remediere, iar dacă remedierea nu e posibilă, la reducerea prețului sau la rambursare. Aceste drepturi nu pot fi excluse prin contract.

Refund Policy

The Sculpted Code products are digital content with instant access. The moment access is unlocked, the system is delivered in full — and cannot be returned, the way a thing read cannot be unread.

Before payment we ask you, through a separate tick box, for express consent that delivery begins immediately and for your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Without that tick the order does not start. This is the condition set by Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m), as implemented in Romania by OUG 34/2014, for instantly delivered digital content.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. A system is not sampled. It is applied.

What stands regardless of this policy

Waiving the right of withdrawal does not remove the statutory guarantee of conformity. If the product does not match its description, is incomplete, or does not work, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, and where that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund. These rights cannot be excluded by contract.
