Four different kinds of information
We distinguish scientific findings, general education, Constanza’s experience and interpretation, and claims about a TSC product. Evidence that supports a biological mechanism does not by itself prove that a TSC product produces a clinical outcome.
Sources and scientific boundaries
For health-related educational pages, we prefer primary research, systematic reviews, consensus statements, and official public-health or regulatory sources. We preserve uncertainty, study-population limits, measurement limits, and disagreement. We do not turn association into causation or a research range into a personal prescription.
Medical boundary
The site provides education, not diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Medication initiation, discontinuation, dosing, side effects, contraindications, and personal nutrition requirements belong with an appropriately qualified clinician.
Authorship, review, and dates
Public educational pages name their writer and may state an evidence-review month when a documented review occurred. “Evidence reviewed” does not mean “medically reviewed.” We do not create false historical publication dates; material changes are dated when they occur.
Public education and protected material
Pages should answer the public question clearly without exposing paid formulas, proprietary model mechanics, customer-only lessons, or downloadable products. Protection of proprietary material does not justify hiding the evidence boundary or a page’s main public answer.
Corrections
Material errors are corrected in the page and documented where appropriate. Readers can report an issue through the Corrections Policy. Last material review: July 2026.
